Join many of our clients who have chosen to take advantage of our new way of working...
Most agencies work on a commission basis included in the overall costs.   You may therefore find it preferable to work with us on a fee basis with all event costs being transparent to both parties.  This provides greater confidence, since you are able to see all the costs which have been negotiated on your behalf with individual suppliers.

If you do not employ a full time 'events organiser' within your organization, then this service may appeal to you.
From Autumn 2007 for a small monthly retainer - Eventscape will work as your 'personal event organiser' - you will be able to pick up the telephone and ask one of the dedicated members of our team to sort out your logistics - which can be anything from small meetings, trips and dinners to large scale conferences.
Our new 'open book' policy will be applicable to this service so that you can see exactly what our suppliers are charging alongside our monthly fee.

 

Eventscape Flights to Lunch
Over the last couple of years, this Eventscape 'short leg flight service' has really taken off.
Based from our Hangar at Bournemouth airport, take advantage of our superb Piper Chiefton Aircraft and take a short hop over to France for a leisurely luncheon.  Prime locations we recommend are Deauville - specializing in sumptuous seafood, followed by trip in a Limousine to the Casino Barriere or perhaps to Reims - a journey deep into the heart of the Pommery Champagne House to enjoy quaffing champagne whilst touring the champagne cellars...
